MO ALEXANDER began his professional full-time comedy career in July 1996 featuring in clubs throughout the United States and by 1999 he was headlining.Mo has also TOURED WITH KEENAN IVORY WAYANS as his opening act, made an appearance in Bret Michael’s film, A Letter from Death Row, as well as being given his own Las Vegas show, “THE MO FUNNY SHOW” at the Casino Royale.
In the past few years Mo has been on several syndicated radio shows in major markets, such as BOB & TOM (Indianapolis), and MANCOW (Chicago). He made his way through the ranks to become a semi-finalist in both the San Francisco Comedy Competition and the Seattle Comedy Competition. Mo has also headlined a number of major comedy festivals such as The Chicago Comedy Exposition, Asheville Comedy Fest, Altercation Comedy Festival, Hopkins Comedy Festival, Memphis Comedy Festival, North Carolina Comedy Festival, The Lookout Comedy Festival, and the Eastside Comedy Festival.
MO ALEXANDER has released FIVE CDs: EVOLUTION, NAPPY HEADED HOES AND OTHER FCC INFRACTIONS , JUST IN CASE THE MAYANS ARE RIGHT (FEATURED ON THE ITUNES NEW AND NOTABLE CHARTS FRONT PAGE FOR 5 MONTHS), GOT CLOTS, and his first album on Stand Up! Records, Mo’ POSSUM BLUES which WENT TO #1 ON BOTH iTUNES AND AMAZON.
GOT CLOTS is a HILARIOUS look at life, chronicling 77 DAYS OF HOSPITALIZATION, as can only be told from inside the COMEDIC MIND OF Mo ALEXANDER and was released exactly one year from the time of his first death and resurrection which occurred on April 5, 2015 (Easter Sunday).

A BBQ connoisseur, Mo is also currently working on a new web series he co-created called Mo Alexander’s BBQ Beatdown. He plans to determine once and for all just who has the best BBQ and episodes are coming soon.

The Plus is a full service bar and restaurant. Food and drink will be available at the show. Seating is first come, first serve.
All advanced tickets are will-call, e-ticket, or print-at-home. No physical tickets will be delivered for the performance. When you buy in advance, your name will appear on a list at the door to assure your entry.
Please pay close attention to the show start time. We open the doors to the main room at 6pm for people who would like to eat before or during the show. We do this to put less stress on our staff, and make it easier for those who want the best seats. The show does not start until 8pm. We start checking tickets at 7:30pm. You are allowed to enter the main room if you are eating dinner before we start checking tickets.
Online sales close at 6pm the day of the show. If you miss the window for online sales - don't worry - tickets can be purchased at the door when the doors open at 7:30pm. The show is not - we repeat - not sold out unless there is a separate announcement indicating so. Please do not call the restaurant.
No photos or video recording are allowed during the performance.
The Plus and Clear Water Comedy reserve the right to refuse service or deny entry for anyone engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior. No talking, heckling, texting, or other distracting behavior is permitted. If this occurs and you are asked to leave the show, there will be no refunds.
