ABOUT OUR HEADLINER

Luke Pauling is a Minneapolis-based comic who was just looking for an excuse to leave his apartment. Cue to today, he’s gone from appreciating stand up comedy from the sidelines to writing and rewriting jokes on his boss's dime (and will continue to do so as long as no one tells on him). Soon after starting comedy, Luke's been a finalist in ACME’s 2023 Funniest Person in Minneapolis contest, House of Comedy's 2024 Funniest Person with a Day Job, as well as Comedy Corner Underground’s 2023 Funniest Person in Time and Space, where he is now a paid regular. Luke’s been able to find humor in digging through the awkward moments of his childhood and Catholic upbringing, and can be found sharing those less-than-stellar experiences all around the Midwest.

Buy in advance, and pay no ticket fees! Clear Water Comedy and The Plus are absorbing your ticket fees.

The Plus is a full service bar and restaurant. Food and drink will be available at the show. Seating is first come, first serve.

All advanced tickets are will-call, e-ticket, or print-at-home. No physical tickets will be delivered for the performance. When you buy in advance, your name will appear on a list at the door to assure your entry.

Please pay close attention to the show start time. We open the doors to the main room at 6pm for people who would like to eat before or during the show. We do this to put less stress on our staff, and make it easier for those who want the best seats. The show does not start until 8:30pm. We start checking tickets at 8pm. You are allowed to enter the main room if you are eating dinner before we start checking tickets.

Online sales close at 6pm the day of the show. If you miss the window for online sales - don't worry - tickets can be purchased at the door when the doors open at 8pm. The show is not - we repeat - not sold out unless there is a separate announcement indicating so. Please do not call the restaurant.

No photos or video recording are allowed during the performance.

The Plus and Clear Water Comedy reserve the right to refuse service or deny entry for anyone engaging in disruptive or disrespectful behavior. No talking, heckling, texting, or other distracting behavior is permitted. If this occurs and you are asked to leave the show, there will be no refunds.
