February five course dinner featuring chef Kenny is a exciting tour thru the fusion of sweet and sour flavors.
All courses are expertly paired with wine by William the Wine Guy from Saratoga Liquor.
Dinners first course is a spiced & marinated carrot bowl, followed by mango red pepper buschetta, then on to a candied lemons and pickled onion salad, the entree being roast chicken with brown butter sage noodles, and finished with red wine poached pears with sweet ricotta!
