ABOUT OUR HEADLINER

Long before he got behind the wheel of The Cash Cab -Ben Bailey left his home in a small town in New Jersey and headed to Los Angeles to pursue his dream of a career in show business.

Six weeks later he found himself onstage at The Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip. He got a laugh with the first thing he said and knew right away that he had found his calling.

Shortly thereafter Bailey returned to the East Coast and started hanging out at the comedy Clubs in New York City. He quickly became a crowd favorite. He has since performed at all the major festivals including Montreal and Chicago (Just For Laughs), the (hallowed & former) Aspen Comedy Arts Festival, The Edinburgh Fringe Festival, and at clubs and Theaters around the world. He has starred in two specials for Comedy Central, his most recent- "Road Rage and Accidental Ornithology" has been a huge hit on Netflix for the last few years.

By the summer of 2005 Bailey had appeared in several commercials, on FOX's "Mad TV," become a regular on "Tough Crowd w/Colin Quinn," recorded his 1st special for Comedy Central and made stand up appearances on HBO, NBC, "Star Search, " "Last Call with Carson Daly," and "The Late Show". It seemed that Bailey's star was on the rise...

and then along came "Cash Cab."

Ben drove the smash hit series for over 550 episodes, and 6 Daytime Emmy Awards, Bailey has appeared on "The Tonight Show," "The Today Show," "The Oprah Winfrey Show," "Rachel Ray," and virtually every major morning show in the country.

He has gone on to host several other TV shows including "Who's Still Standing" for NBC, "Best in The Business" and "After the Catch" for Discovery as well as several pilots... He has appeared in numerous other TV shows - "30 Rock" "Parenthood" "Law and Order", "Hope & Faith", "The Knights of Prosperity", "One Life to Live", as well as several films- "Bad Parents", "Don't Shoot the Pharmacist", and "Bad Meat".

Bailey can currently be seen hosting segments on NatGeo's "Brain Games" and has a new show in the works with A&E as well as commercial campaigns for DTE Energy, Nature Valley, and Aldi Supermarkets.

OTHER IMPORTANT DETAILS

-WE EXPECT THIS SHOW TO SELL OUT. We are removing most of the tables that are usually in our main performance space in order to have as many guests as we can enjoy the show. Only twelve tables will be at in the venue during the performance. If you wish to sit at a table, you must buy tickets like normal- either a VIP ticket or a General Admission ticket- it doesn't matter which- then ***ONE PERSON in your party has to also purchase the table***. If you purchase the table, you can sit with up to six total guests. If you purchase a table, server will check on you during the show, and you will receive a free large one topping pizza, and a free pitcher of domestic tap beer and free soft drinks.

-Clear Water Comedy and The Plus are absorbing your ticket fees. Buy in advance, and pay no fees!

-Online sales close at 4pm the day of the show. Tickets can be purchased at the door following this time. The show is not- we repeat, NOT sold out unless there is a separate announcement.

-The Plus is a full service restaurant. Drinks and food are available and can be ordered before or during the performance.

-All advance tickets are will-call, print at home, or e-ticket. No physical tickets will be printed or provided. A list will be present at the door to assure your entry when you buy in advance.

-Clear Water Comedy and The Plus reserve the right to remove or deny service to anyone who engages in disrespectful, unruly, or disruptive behavior. No talking, heckling, texting, or recording is permitted during the performance. If this takes place, you may be required to leave the show. No refunds will be provided in this event.
