BIG BATCH COCKTAIL SEASON IS HERE!
This November, we’re hosting a class all about two of our favorite traditional big batch holiday cocktails, Glogg and Wassail. You’ll learn the best tips and tricks for creating a perfectly curated big batch craft cocktail for your friends or family, just in time for all of your upcoming holiday parties and events! Join us on Tuesday, November 21st at 7pm at The Oxbow Hotel and The Lakely for cocktail conversations, demonstrations, recipes, and more.
Recipe cards to make large batched hot versions at home will be provided, and in the class we’ll make individual cold cocktail versions of both.
Glogg: A classic Swedish mulled wine that starts with a port wine and incorporates rum and bourbon, and is finished off with warm holiday spices, bits of raisins, and almonds.
Wassail: An English hot cider drink that starts with apple cider, and incorporates brandy and/or bourbon, along with citrus and spices.
Tickets for this experience are $35 per person and include all materials, and participants will enjoy learning from some of Eau Claire’s best bartenders, around a community of cocktail enthusiasts.
Must be 21+ age.
