The Seven Principles workshop for couples is tailored around the evidence-based research of internationally acclaimed Dr. John Gottman. The workshop consists of presentations and private couples exercises. Participants won’t be asked to share personal problems. This workshop will help couples foster closeness and admiration, increase intimacy and romance, teach couples how to argue and manage problems in healthy ways, and build new shared meanings. – Romantic heavy appetizer for two and a bottle of wine (Koldtbord- The Lakely’s Signature- a major feature of Scandinavian eating is the “cold table”- literally a table bearing many different cold items to share with your partner).
