Course One is a beautiful Cordon Bleu Soup

Course Two is a crisp Caprese Salad with fresh basil microgreens

Course Three will be a Italian Sausage Lasagna over a tangy red sauce,

and for dessert. A traditional favorite PB&J cheese Cake

Wine will be presented from William the EC Wine Guy

and Beer will be presented by Brewtser Brothers of Chippewa Falls.
