45th Parallel has joined Bye the Willow for a dinner event. Look for delicious food to be paired with their craft distilled spirits from a local Wisconsin distillery.
This is an evening of fun and education about their farm and all about their spirits.
Doors open at 6pm. First course at 6:30pm
Course One. Cheese Course. Cranberry cinnamon goat cheese, 7 year aged cheddar, Smoked string cheese, with dried fruits.
Course Two. Parsley and barley Salad with feta and blue cheese.
Course Three. Braised Short ribs with roasted purple potatoes
Course Four. Chocolate torte with ganache and blackberries.
